I didn't come to peptides as a marketer. I came to them as a patient.
A few years ago I gained 50 pounds. I tried the usual things and nothing stuck. I ended up using semaglutide — a peptide — to lose the weight and work myself back into a real state of health.
That's what pulled me in. What kept me there was the biochemistry. Conventional prescribing usually starts with a disease and gives you a drug to block or alter a pathway. Peptides work differently — they're short chains of amino acids that signal the body to do something it already knows how to do. Most are short-acting, with minimal known side effects, and many have been in use for 20 to 30 years.
