Exploring NursePreneurs As A Specialty

Curious about entrepreneurialism?  This is where you start..

Many nurses come to entrepreneurialism to escape the burnout from the hospital system.  They see other nurses doing exciting things and creating amazing opportunities for themselves AND making money in the process.

It is very easy to get caught up in the success of someone else.  They make everything look sooo easy…

But don’t be fooled. Entrepreneurialism is a very rewarding specialty but it’s not for everyone.  It can be very expensive for the wrong nurse to get into.

Think of entrepreneurialism like any other specialty in nursing like critical care, the OR or home care.  There is a learning curve and a mentorship period that everyone goes through.

Curious if this specialty is for you or not?  Well let’s get started.

Here are 4 things to get started…

I’m a nurse, who happens to be a coach. I’m currently working on a group coaching program for nurses just like you, who want to become one. Feel free to DM if you want more info! It’s a fantastic and fulfilling career option for nurses! I’m loving it and truly, it’s so rewarding ☺️♥️

Nursing is the First and Only profession offering national board certification as a Nurse Coach through AHNCC.org.

Brittany Nicole! Here are 4 areas you need to know how to: 1. DESIGN your coaching program. Creating skills 2. ATTRACT “clients” to your business. Marketing skills. 3. CONVERT “clients” to your business. Selling skills. 4. DELIVER your coaching program. Coaching skills. And for each area, there’s a main purpose, important principles, specific process and best practices to understand. And you could decide to do it all or some alone with yourself, together with others or hire a team to do it for you. I hopes this helps you. 😀

Look into Dr Sears Wellness. They do informational webinars often and offer certified courses.
