Lisa Graham (RN, BSN, CDE) is the lead educator and founder of Renew and Live, LLC. With over 27 years of experience in nursing, Lisa has worked in various healthcare roles landing on her passion for diabetes education.
With the mission of putting patients in the center of care, Lisa began her own business in diabetes education where she makes education accessible for diabetes clients. Jumping into the unknown, Lisa made a spiritual choice to start her business and focus all her energy on helping clients overcome the challenges of diabetes through support, coaching, and lifestyle changes.
Lisa works with patients directly and gets recommendations from colleagues, hospitals, and connections in her community. By putting herself out there and committing herself to market her services, she continues to grow her business and gain new clientele.
In addition to Renew and Live, Lisa is the founder of another non-profit business that aims to help underserved populations understand diabetes and promote healthy living. Her business is also accredited by DEAP, and she’s currently working on putting together a podcast where her patients share their success stories.
