NCLEX Reviews

NCLEX Reviews NursePreneur Podcast

Damion Jenkins is a nurse educator, who found a special niche in helping nursing students pass the NCLEX. What is interesting is that Damion was just naturally good at helping students, and other faculty members noticed. They began referring him students frequently, because he seemed to have a method that was effective.

After a few free tutoring sessions, Damion realized that the only way to continue offering his services was to charge for them. He started The Nurse Speak.

Damion came to realize the Nurse Speak was going to be more than just NCLEX review, and it has grown to include speaking engagements, consultations and other services.

In this episode, Damion talks about how this business evolved, what it took to get it going and how he is going to start all over in the new city he is moving to very soon.
