Life Coaching

Life Coaching NursePreneur Podcast

Rachel describes herself as a recovering healthcare executive, wife, mother, nurse, and tribe leader. After her second child, she felt completely overwhelmed with a high pressure job and feeling like she was failing in all aspects of life.

A mentor of Rachel’s suggested she reach out to a life coach, so she did even though she didn’t know what they could do. However, this turned out to be exactly what she needed and it helped Rachel to uncover her passion for listening to others.

Rachel quickly saw an opportunity to work as a life coach, so she got certified through the Martha Beck process.  She began her side hustle while working her full time job. About a year into the process, Rachel made the decision to transition to full time coaching.

Now Rachel works with clients helping them when they are stuck with her enneagram method and coaching sessions.
