Clinical Intensive / 01
hands-on clinical administration
mesotherapy as appropriate
A two-day clinical intensive for providers ready to see beyond one line, one area, or one technique—and build a more thoughtful plan for the face in front of them. Learn the reasoning and administration behind strategic filler, neurotoxin, and select mesotherapy approaches.

whole-face thinking
This intensive teaches providers how to assess the face as a whole—understanding facial aging, structural change, volume loss, skin quality, and facial proportion—then build a thoughtful treatment plan using regenerative injectables, biostimulatory approaches, and strategic volume restoration.
You will learn not only what to inject, but why, where, when, and when not to treat—then bring that thinking into strategic filler and neurotoxin administration, plus selective mesotherapy approaches when appropriate.

Temple hollowing
cheek volume loss
fat-compartment change
jawline softening
perioral change
skin quality
skeletal aging
Treating one area without understanding the larger pattern can create imbalance or lead to overcorrection.
the clinical lens
Learn to think in terms of facial proportions, structural support, volume distribution, skin quality, regenerative potential, treatment sequencing, and long-term aesthetic planning.
The goal is not to make patients look “filled.”
The goal is to understand what the face actually needs.
The two-day experience
From a repeatable assessment framework to the real-time decisions that make treatment plans more coherent, thoughtful, and clinically grounded.
01
saturday
Saturday is focused on building the clinical framework.
Facial aging and structural change
Anatomy relevant to facial balancing
Upper-, mid-, and lower-face assessment
Facial proportions and temple evaluation
Cheek and midface support
Jawline, lower face, and perioral aging
Skin-quality assessment and patient selection
When not to inject
Treatment sequencing and planning
Strategic filler administration
Neurotoxin (tox) assessment and administration
Mesotherapy with exosomes and PDRN when appropriate
Product and modality selection
Regenerative injectable concepts
Demonstration and hands-on practice
Saturday is where we build the thinking behind the treatment.
02
sunday
Sunday moves from theory into real clinical application with live models.
Live patient assessment
Whole-face treatment planning
Prioritizing treatment areas
Selecting appropriate modalities
Live-model filler and neurotoxin administration
Mesotherapy technique where appropriate
Procedure observation
Hands-on participation where appropriate
Real-time clinical decision-making
Treatment sequencing
Patient communication
Post-treatment planning
Sunday is where the framework becomes real.
what we may use
We work through how each modality may fit a larger treatment strategy—including clinical assessment, administration planning, and when the right answer is a different modality, a different sequence, or no treatment at all.
Hyaluronic acid filler
PRP
Biofiller concepts
PDRN
Biostimulatory treatments
Regenerative injectables
Skin-quality treatments
Sequencing with devices
Neurotoxin (tox)
PRF
Exosomes
Mesotherapy approaches
Growth-factor approaches
Collagen stimulation
Combination therapy

01
Evaluate skeletal support, proportions, facial shape, and age-related structural change.
02
Identify where volume has been lost, redistributed, or accumulated.
03
Assess texture, elasticity, pigmentation, collagen loss, and tissue integrity.
04
Consider the role of facial musculature and dynamic aging.
05
Determine where regenerative and biostimulatory approaches may improve tissue quality.
06
Decide what should be treated first, what can be combined, and what should wait.
clinical reasoning
This intensive is designed to cultivate the clinical judgment behind a more strategic treatment plan.

what you will leave with
Participants leave with a stronger ability to see the underlying cause of an aesthetic concern—and translate that assessment into a clear, phased plan.

small by design
This training is intentionally limited to four participants. That gives us time to slow down, assess patients together, discuss anatomy, review treatment options, ask questions, observe closely, and work through real clinical decision-making.
Maximum enrollment: 4 participants per weekend.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Training takes place at Philly Wellness Center, a working aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and wellness practice in Philadelphia. The course extends beyond procedure technique and connects clinical skill with real-world practice implementation.

Meet your instructor
Founder of NursePreneurs and philly wellness center
Catie's work sits at the intersection of clinical practice, regenerative wellness, aesthetics, education, and entrepreneurship. Her approach to aesthetics focuses on understanding the biology and structure behind what we see clinically rather than simply treating individual lines or areas.
“What does this tissue actually need?”
The Facial Balancing + Regenerative Injectables Intensive brings that philosophy into a small-group clinical training environment.
2027 weekends
Every weekend follows the same two-day format: a clinical framework on Saturday, then live-model application on Sunday.
