What is the difference between the intrapreneur and entrepreneur role?
The intrapreneur role is for nurses who want to learn the Medicare Chronic Care Management program and may even want to set up in an office to start this program for them. The entrepreneurial role will show you how to set up in one office and then move onto the next.
What if I'm not sure if I'm an entrepreneur or an intrapreneur?
The course is the same for both roles. The difference is who pays you. If you want a consistent, dependable paycheck with benefits but you get to run the show for 1 office, then you want to be an intrapreneur. If you are willing to take on the risk of running multiple offices and setting up a team, then you are looking at the entrepreneurial road!
Do I need to be an expert in Medicare?
Absolutely not! You must know Medicare guidelines, rules and regulations, but that is all part of this course. Meredith and Irina are prepared to teach you exactly what you need to know to be able to handle an audit any day of the week!
