Our guest Lani Pasao is an experienced senior care nurse, senior care nurse coach, and the founder of Angels Over Us and Abba Gentle Healthcare. Like most nurses, Lani experienced burnout early on and began searching for ways in which she could reclaim her time, make more money, and establish a better work-life balance as an entrepreneur.
Before settling on a business in senior care, Lani had many start-ups including a taxi service, grocery store, franchise, and the list goes on and on! Once she settled on home care for seniors she found her calling and worked hard to set up a thriving business. But that does not mean that the road to success was easy. At times Lani had to fake-it till she made-it, but her hard work eventually paid off.
